Procedure for using the AED

Stay calm and try not to panic.
Get the equipment ready Press the power button



Open the packing bag, the device of the electrode.

Use scissors to cut the patient's clothes off.

Use a razor to shave the hair on the patient's chest.

Place the electrode as shown in the picture in the correct position.

Remove the paper with the electrode attached and attach the electrode. close to the patient's chest


Tell everyone not to touch the patient while the machine analyzes the patient's heart function.

If the machine recommends performing basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (start CPR)
2 breaths, alternating with 30 heart massages
Repeat until the patient is able to breathe on his own.
If the device recommends shock advised
Tell everyone not to touch the patient.
Press the button to release the defibrillator.
Repeat until the patient is able to breathe on his own.
